Together with Icare Nursing & Care and Let Things Talk, we did a pilot with lifestyle monitoring at Altide Medical Service Center over the past few months. And that pilot, it was more than successful! Clients living at home with a WLZ indication through Icare were monitored for 12 weeks with smart sensors from Let Things Talk. Our dispatchers monitored the alarms, Icare supervised the clients at home.

Smart personally set sensors recognize a person's activities and movements in the home. Our dispatchers are ready 24/7 to intervene as soon as a sensor registers a deviation in, for example, behavior or movement. The Altide employee then immediately calls the family caregiver or care team so they can provide assistance to the client.


Each week we discussed the insights from the living pattern analyses. We also examined where there were opportunities for further development and better care coordination.

The results? They give confidence:
